The audit
Thirty minutes on the phone or Zoom, with me. We go through your report line by line and I tell you what I see, in plain English.
CT Credit repair, Glastonbury Connecticut
I'm Sebastien Nesi. I help Connecticut people who got a no on a car, an apartment or a home find out exactly what on their credit file is causing it, and what to handle first. It starts with a free audit: a straight read of your file, not a pitch.

01 Why it's stuck
Almost everyone I talk to has done something about their credit already. The problem is rarely effort. It's that nobody ever sat down and showed them what a lender actually sees.
The letter says “based on information in your credit report.” It never says which line. So you guess, and guessing is how people spend a year fixing the wrong thing.
Paying a balance and repairing a report are two different jobs. Most people are told to do the first one and never hear about the second.
Opening a card, closing one, settling a collection. Each of these can help or hurt depending on when you do it. The order is the plan, and it's different for every file.
02 What I do
No call center and no handoff. The person who reads your file on the audit is the person who works it.
03 How it works
You decide nothing on the first call except whether it was worth your time.
Thirty minutes on the phone or Zoom, with me. We go through your report line by line and I tell you what I see, in plain English.
You leave knowing what's hurting you, what to handle first and what doesn't matter yet. If I can't help, I'll tell you on that call.
You get a written agreement and your credit file rights before you sign anything, and three business days to cancel for any reason. Then I do the work and you see every update.
04 The difference

05 Meet Sebastien
Most of what I do is explain things nobody explained to you.
I run Nesi Solutions out of Glastonbury, Connecticut. There's no team of reps between us. I read your file, I build the plan, I do the work, and you have my number the whole way through.
Once you can see your report the way a lender sees it, the decisions get a lot simpler. That's the part I care about most: you should understand your own credit when we're done, not just have a better-looking report.
06 Questions
Something else on your mind? Call (475) 259-7822 or ask me on the audit.
Yes. It's a read of your file and an honest opinion about it. There's nothing to sign and no card needed to book.
No, and nobody honestly can. It depends on what's on your file and how the bureaus and creditors respond. Be careful with anyone who gives you a number before they've read your report.
No. Federal law gives you the right to challenge information that is inaccurate, incomplete or can't be verified. Accurate, current information stays on your report until it ages off. You can read the full statement of your rights here.
You can. You have the right to challenge items with each bureau directly, at no cost. What people come to me for is knowing which items matter, doing it in the right order, and staying on it every round until it's finished.
It helps. If you haven't, book anyway and I'll walk you through getting it.
You get a written agreement and a statement of your credit file rights before you sign anything, and you can cancel within three business days for any reason.
